Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of season or unavailable — in which case you will receive a full refund. We will not charge you for items we cannot fulfill.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Delivery and pickup details — including service areas, lead times, and scheduling — are described on our Delivery Info page. By placing an order you agree to the delivery terms described there. Cut flowers are perishable; please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.

Substitutions

Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes daily, we occasionally substitute varieties of equal or greater value. Our full substitution policy is described on the Substitution Policy page.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in detail on the Refund Policy page. In summary: we offer refunds for non-delivery, significant damage reported within 2 hours, or wrong orders. We do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup.

Product Information

Flowers are natural, living products. Colors, sizes, and bloom stages vary by season and growing conditions. Product photos and descriptions are representative; your arrangement may differ in minor ways. We do our best to describe products accurately and will substitute only with varieties of equal or greater value and beauty.

Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations are subject to separate terms communicated at time of registration. In general: deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the workshop. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Workshops require a minimum enrollment; we reserve the right to cancel sessions with insufficient enrollment.

Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sugaroaklane.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photography, logos, and design — is the property of Sugar Oak Lane or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from this site
• Purchase products for unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution
• Engage in any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity on or through the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems

Limitation of Liability

Our products are perishable agricultural goods subject to natural variation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Walton County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
