Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly and information generated by your use of the site:

• Order information: name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order
• Newsletter sign-ups: email address only, when you voluntarily subscribe
• Workshop and wholesale inquiries: name, email, and the details you include in your message
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, billing address, or CVV on our servers
• Analytics: page path, referrer URL, anonymized IP hash, and UTM parameters logged to our internal analytics table to understand site traffic
• Cookies: session and preference cookies set by the site; no third-party ad cookies

How We Use Your Information

• Fulfill and communicate about your orders (confirmation, shipping, pickup notices)
• Send our newsletter — only when you have explicitly subscribed
• Respond to workshop, wholesale, or general inquiries you submit
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (using our own analytics, not third-party ad platforms)
• Comply with legal obligations such as tax recordkeeping

Cookies and Analytics

We log page views to an internal database table that records the page path, referrer, an anonymized IP hash, and any UTM campaign parameters. Standard infrastructure paths (/health, /favicon, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml) are excluded from logging. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising tracker. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features (like your cart) may not work correctly without them.

Sharing Your Information

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to operate this site:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Polsia — our hosting and email infrastructure provider, used for transactional order emails and newsletter delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — image and file delivery for the site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in every email

Data Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. Internal page-view analytics are retained briefly and are not tied to individual identities beyond an anonymized IP hash.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
